Hey guys
My mates mum has an 02 tj magna and her break lights are always on. Even when she turns the car off, so then we have to disconect the battery so it doesnt go flat

any ideas

Yeah - brake switch is shorted/stuck or there is a wire that has been shorted to chassis (IIRC they are an earth return and I CBF finding the wiring diagram). Find it or contact an auto electrician.

I had this happen on TM Magna I used to have. In my case it was the brake switch getting stuck on. A bit of WD40 on it while pumping the brake peddle fixed the problem. But if thats not the case then as Heath said wiring problem.
