well im in two minds with my snd gen i have seen many without spoilers and im starting to think it looks better , so if i do take the spoiler off how hard would it be to bog up the holes and what would you guys reccomend to use as a filler?
spoiler or no spoiler ?

I think most people weld a backing plate under the boot lid, and then just some bog in the holes.
my opinion, no spoiler. I think the only good looking spoiler is a boot lip.
cheers,

No spoiler looks alot better.. The car flows alot nicer.
You could probably get a bootlid on the cheap that doesnt have a spoiler

Take a stab at my opinion mate lol
Try and get your hands on another boot lid from the wreckers, no spoiler same paint code, just to cover your ass.

ive seen some GT Wings that go nicely with the car, but i prefer the smooth look of no spoiler.

It depends what look u want. A sportier look is with the wing, but a more "pimped" look is without. IMO without looks better as it makes the car look fatter from the back.

Pick up a (same colour, good cond.) boot lid from the wreckers as others have said. Probably cost the same as removing your spoiler, repairs & paint anyway.
Then you can swap it back if you decide you want the spoiler or sell the whole boot lid to someone else if you like no spoiler.
Or keep both & swap them over each week. lol
...as for my opinion, I like a spoiler on the Magna's. They look too plain jane without them. (except for a few 3rd gens here on AMC which have heaps of mods & no spoiler - they look nice)

i think a spoiler looks good on a second gen even if its just a standard on but an Evo 6 one , OMG thats gold :D
