with allthe CAI's out there, i noticed remarkably the difiference your air temp does to your engine. no i dont yet have any CAI mod, and after this im definately going to look into one, above the default ;-)
yesterday in brisbane, as i picked my car up fresh from 175'thou service, down the highway it was an absolute pig, no power below 3 grand, and even above that it was really trying hard. yesterday, it was 36+ degrees outside. was pretty miffed at how poor its responce was.
but, this morning, 7am, to work, was much cooler, and giddy up, all the power was back, and then some, mostly thanks to new sparkys n an oil change :-) .. yes brisbane has some wierd weather temp extremes :-)
so far all the guys out there who doubt cool air, get it cold :-)
