Could be your horn button is stuck, give her a few pushes to see if it clears.
Could be your horn relay is stuck, swap it with another to see if the prob goes.
Could be the haorn wire is earthed out somewhere, unlikely.

My horn doesn’t work at all I started my car about 2 weeks ago and yeah nothing. So I took it to a mechanic and he told me he is gonna have to take out the whole drive shaft to get a good look at it. So I told him I would think about it. Is there anything simple it could be? Is the drive shaft even related to the horn aspect of my car.

Possible short to ground on the wire from the relay to the horn push. I'm reasonably sure (without looking at the wiring diagrams) that the horn push provides an earth return so another earth on that wire would cause this.

No it isn't. I think he's looking to make some money out of you.
Check the horn relay and fuse as a first step. What model Magna?

Holly sheeeeeitt what ever you do, dont go back to that mechanic... he is either having a lend of you, or he doesnt deserve his trade certificate as a mechanic...( I could understand if it was steering column, but even that is extreme) If the fuses are ok, Pull the cover of the front of ur steering wheel, check too see of the conection pin (this pin earths out so the horn does work) see if its actually touchin the steel casing... Check all wiring to check for breakages.. the horn isnt very complicated so I would imagine its something very simple
