Hey guys, new member blah blah. I have a '90 (TN?) and want to upgrade the brakes and suspension. Is anything interchangable off Mitsu's performance stuff, such as VR4, evo lancer, later veradas, FTO/GTO etc etc?

I have been thinking anbout this lately. now somone else looked into this as well . and what they came up with was the twin pot calipar from the vr4 bolts up im sure but u need to change the lines. and i think ( not 100%) u can use the disc that normally comes with that calipar. the hardest part was the lines and u might want to upgrade the power boster though.

or u could just get some slotted rotors and change the fliud to the nice blue racing stuff and that will improve on what u have alot.

oh and welcome to AMC:D

Cheers. I want to change to the 5 stud hubs mainly. This gives me a better choice of wheels and tyres, and brake rotors.

well that's a huge job to under take. i was only talking brake upgrade, not brake converions. but u'll be the first on AMC to do it that ive seen if u can pull it off. not sure if u need an engineers certificate or not but best to look it up before u go ahead with something. vr4's were 4 studd so if u change to five stud u'll have to find something else to upgrade to brakes from. and it all depends what ur using for the studd converion. can i ask why u want to poor so much money into the tn , cos it won't be cheap or easy to do all this:D
