Just as a serious aside.
The girlfrind of a friend of my son, pranged her car on saturday just down the road from us.
When we got down there they were taking her away in a ambo and cutting the old shiela, who had thrown a U turn without looking, out of her car.
She T boned the old duck at about 50 K.
The sub that was in the boot destroyed the back seat ski port and shot into the cabin like a missile.
If she had had a baby capsule in there it would have killed the occupant instantly, and had there been a passenger it would have broken their back. Luckily all survived.
The amount of damage the sub did on the way through was unreal.
Be careful where and how you mount your subs boys and girls.....those things aint light.

Sheee it, to be honest I didnt even really think bout that... I have mine sitting "loose" so its easier to take it n out for when room is a problem... Looks like the golf sticks will be the only thing in the boot ey :D

Pioneer TSW 306C's they are.
Unless they are the DVC Version which then they are the TSW 306DVC's
Great sub, especially in a sealed box.
They ususally go for $99ish sometimes. (each)

yeah i got one of these in my car... its 400wrms with peak of 1000watt.. if u give it the right amount of juice it goes real hard...
im running a jaycar d-class mono with mine giving it 380wrms at 4ohm...
thinking of adding another since there pretty cheap...picked mine up for 210 in a pioneer box

Bet this sounds awesome... gotta love those Woofas!
On the topic of fastening subs... yeah do not think the velcro strips holding mine in will do much good in a crash.. especailly since 95% of time have occupants in the back seat - better get a more permanent arrangement...

Thanks for all the comments guys. I would however like to know how to fasten them in without it looking tacky?? Any ideas or are brackets the only option??
Freakinu.... Is velcro a good way to go?? Is it reliable??
