Has this happened to anyone before, my passenger seatbelt has 'locked' up when you pull it a bit its stuck, only the top moves a bit, but it feels jammed (yes I know its designed to do that in accidents, but it wont come out when pulled slow, like normal)

whats the best way of fixing it up? taking off the plastic and trying to un do it ?

Its stuck in an 'accident mode'

give it a tap with a hammer or something
might just be caught on something
it also might have ceased use some rp7 or similar to see if it starts to work again
always you'll have to buy another one

pull it really gently at first, and kinda wiggle it about as if your trying to get something very fragile out of the latch. If that doesnt work id have to agree with Roberto, lol take to it with a hammer!
