here goes....

With the Verada at the moment, when I take the oil cap off as soon as I've turned the motor off (or once or twice when the motors running) I've been getting smoke with the oil... so I assume that means she's burning oil? now I was told that my car has worn valve stem seals, but it doesn't blow any smoke, not even when ya give it a hard rev... so any idea's what the go could be...

oh, and I've killed the trans when I smashed the car :(

I think your seals are gone.

Get it checked out and let us know what happened

The blow by will most likely be from your rings.

This is normal in any hight mileage motor, do check your PCV valve as if it is blocked you will get more gasses building up on the crank case.

it will only leak a small amount of oil. so you should only notice smoke if you have the car idleing at low revvs for a few minutes and then give it some. it wont smoke continuously

is it bad if it does this the smoke when you give it some i mean. cause mine does it sometimes on start up and if you idle for a minute and then take off.

but is that bad for the car or is it something that can wait to be repaired for a little while
