has anybody bought those no name dvd player/lcd screens head units from the group of hong kong sellers? how good/bad do u find them, should i keep away, or have they been ok, don't really care bout resolution quality as my budget is low so i cnt really go for pioneer ones, so at 600-700 these look tempting, but don't want to buy something i'm goin to regret, as long as it last for about 5 years i'm happy.

usually cheap crap, wouldnt buy a lcd/speaker unless i looked it over in person, save up a bit more. Audiocomm has some good deals at the moment

If you can't afford to buy a good named brand one in aus, then you can't afford to get a crappy one either. Dont touch the ebay stuff, bunch of crap.

Why have you used over 20?.
As for ebay audio, be very careful. I would only buy from stores located in australia (and you can clearly tell the ones that are). If they're not immitation products (fake) they'll most likely be refurbs. Some may be ok, but i, and many others i know have been burned by these sellers and i wouldn't go back to them.
