Hi all;
This may seem like a strange problem to post on a mitsubishi based forum but does anyone know how to remove a standard tape deck from a 1989 toyota camry? a friend of mine wants to know and any help would be gretly appreciated.

Yes.., Just did mine before i sold it..:P

The surround around stereo and fan controls has 5 clips on it.. its hard to pull but do keep in mind its plastic so dont be to harsh. it just pulls off.. you will have to undo cig lighter wires too. then you will see the 4 screws holding the head unit in..undo the 4 screws then it slides out and you can do what you need too..
