lift your bonnet up...there are about 6-8 clips you have to undo to get the grille out...once you get it out...there will be about 6 screws to pull the front part off...once youve done that use the front peice to work out the size of the mesh...one point 'MAKE SURE BOTH PEICES OF MESH ARE THE SAME WAY' itll look very shit if they arnt.
Cut the mesh in 2 seperate peices...(2 holes...2 peices)sit the mesh in the front peice and there should be a lip just after the hole...bend the mesh over it abit just so it holds abit more...
then screw back together and your done!
if you need some more help...get back to me

Thanks bro'
I appreciate the 411
I'll get right on that.
Oh one more thing, how should I attach the mesh to the lower section of the front bar. (between the fog lights)

Im not a big fan on mesh, but it can look good if done properly
I've just seen to many crappy home jobs...
I dunno what mesh i'll be using for my kit though, puzzeled there.

good point, duly noted. Dunno where to get the mesh from, can't be to hard to get. Not going to go to an auto shop coz some places want like 60 bucks for a piece of mesh 300mm 800mm

SSV? Where's that?
I was thinking about going to reverse garbage or something and finding some mesh and then just painting it myself, but I haven't really been bothered and don't think I really can be.. Someone just told me about it, so it's been at the back of my head... Anyway.. Somewhere in Sydney, right?

I mesed up my grill yesturday and I think it actually looks pretty good. Dont think I will end up spraying it black.... Just need to find a chrome section for the grill. have taken some pics and will put em up when I get em on the PC.
BTW I got my mesh from a local metal warehouse. Was about $40 for a section about 1mx1.5m. A bargain I think!

The next steps are to brush down the mesh with a brush (Soft mag wheel cleaning brush) to remove any oxidation/rust that may be developing (However it is fine atm) clean/prime it with a clear brush on primer, spray it with a couple of coats of clear paint.
I am also looking for a chrome surround for the grill aswell... then headlights etc
Was a fun lil project tho... not sure it I will do anything with the bottom bit

DSL03L: Ahaha, I'd come along to the cruises, but my Magna is totally stock since I never have any cash... I read up on crap, sometimes help friends out with their own modifications and things like that, but I don't have enough money to do stuff to my own car... I thought it'd be a bit lame just taking my stock Magna up to the cruise...
