My battery died, now it wants the radio code. are they the same or do i need to contact a dealer

everyone has a different code
best bet would to call the dealer

wen i bought my car the seller was telling me he had to pay somthing like $30 for the code?

Mitsubishi arent supose to give it out to you over the phone but if you go into a dealer you should have no hassels in getting the code and i guess it depends on the mood of the service advisor who serves you as to how much they charge you if anything

went to the dealer this morning and he just punched the vin no. into their computer and the radio code came up. simple and free.
