Changed ISC, Idles goes haywire! 2800rpm on idle and 1100rpm on D.

I have also Resetted ECU, idles for 30mins and driven for about 15mins.
Someone help me

EDIT: Problem fixed, but thanks for the help guys! Solved many many of my issues.

Get a Mitsubishi tech to get the fault code or you can do it yourself manually (there's a 'how to' floating around here somewhere).

Idle screw:S?

i thought that the idle was electronicly controled, and couldn't be changed?

AHH F*&%^ it WAS the new ISC I put in, its broken. I replaced it with a new one thinking that it was a culprit to unstable idles while driving. So i installed the new one and the revs went up to 2800rpm on P or N. So I was fussing with the problem just then.
I just took out the new one and put the old one back in after cleaning it, now its FIXED!::bowrofl:

2800 isnt that bad.. mine idles at 1200-1300rpm..:P
