your looking at around $2500.... just sell your car and buy a new one that already has a sunroof :P

a top of the line electric roof will cost $2000 fitted, and if you ever seen it being done you will realise what a big job it is, they even make a new headlining....
if your real povo you can put in a manual POP UP (non sliding) roof for around 4-500 and they dont fit a new headlining..

No if your real povo you can get an angle grinder and put a simple pop up one in for $100. My mate did it np's...
(Although I wouldnt recommend it)
Sunroofs are a tough one, its hard to justify a $2k hole in the roof. I think top 'o' the line ones are upto and above $3k as well... Usually not a problem with insurance because if they do it right your roof will be stronger than stock.

id do like the first person said, buy a car with one from factory... a/m ones can leak causing your roof to rust, head liner ger soggy etc, im not saying it wont happen with a factory one, but after market ones are more prone to it

mate if u have the 2-3k and are willing to spend it on a sunroof then yeh go for it!!
i dont think they are saying its not worth it as sunroofs look good and do one hell of a job in summer, although most couldnt justify spending that much just for a sunroof, but as i said if u have the doe and are willing to spend it then go for it!!

yeah some people spend that much on rims or steroes or interiors if ya got the money then go for it.
i say get it :)
a top of the range one will set you back $2000k installed. Theyre the ones that slide completley back into the roof (i.e. they dont flip up) and they're all electronic...
$1000-1500 will get you a flip one, which look like factory magna vrx ones...
But splurge and get the full sunroof i say :)
Do a google search for Hollandia ... :D

I know the top of the range one is electric and slides in the roof.. theres another 2-3 models... one of them is the pop up one, the other one is a slide and pop up one (but doesnt slid back into the roof)..
The top of the range one (Hollandia 700 i think)... is awsome.. full limo style that you can stand up out of :D (shirtless or whatever :P)

Ive seen hollianders put into other cars (Hondas) with mixed success, but i think bascially every fault that came up was to do with the people that put it in, so make sure you get a decent and trusted workshop to do it!

The stock one in my TJ VR-X Limited Edition is fully electronic and both slides back in the roof and tilts.
