I'm a new owner of a 2003 Magna ES TL Wagon and I have a few questions about its stero setup below.

I have spotted threads already about removing the Console and door trims but I want to know the easiest way to replace the front door speakers and the read boot door speakers. I assume that the covers on these pop off but I don't want to attack them with a screw driver as I am crap and will most likely destroy the cover/scratch it.

Should I get a screw driver onto it or is there a better way?

Also - what are the standard sizes for the front door and rear boot door speakers, are there any other speaker mount points I can use (in the dash) that I don't already know about and has anyone ever installed an AMP/Subwoofer(s) - I would be interested in seeing how they/you went about it.

Thanks,

RustiferCH

on the third gen, the best way to change the front speakers is to take the doorskins off. it is hard at first but gets easier by about the third time you do it,

i dont know about the rear speakers though anyone?

you might wanna re-read the thread you made in the 3rd gen section

i have stated the ways of removing the speakers from the front and back plus the sizes
theres a few people with TL's with amps installed but they have been sedans
to run the power wiring for the amp you gotta find the hole in the firewall, should be around where the main harness is in the centre console, theres also another one around the pedals
