I bought my car about 4 months ago, racq inspector said it had new struts shocks and springs. I know the shocks are pedders. I'm looking at going lower and I want to know if I need new shocks as well. Heres a pic of the front shocks only seem to have about 3/4 inch movement?

Best bet is to take it to a suspension store and have them take a look at her, most of em will do it free of charge.

How low do you want to go your very close to the bump stop as it is looking at that pic. Some people trim the bump stop in half to give the strut more travel. If you go lower it will probably be bumpier and bottom out more often. Best thing to do is post a pic of the car so people can get an idea of how low it is so they can advise accordingly.

Thanks very much guys magna buff I was worried that the shocks wouldn't suit lower springs, but if they can be trimed then thats great.
