Your horn/s should be on the front left and right hand side under the front bar. There may also be a horn in the engine bay as well. Mine has 3 horns from the factory. One in the engine bay just on the left hand passenger side, then two on each corner behind the front bar :D
Have a look around and let us know how it went!

NO!,
The GLX, Exec, SE and EI Verada only have one, from memory on the rhs (drivers side).
The Elite and XI verada have 2 horns, one under each corner and the one in the engine bay is for the ETACS which was mitsubishi's answer to security which was more a prank on it's customers. The only thing going for ETACS is the fact the interior light dims slowly instead of just switching off!
The one in the engine bay does not operate with the standard horn.
Remember we are talking "R" seriws not "S" series which had the ETACS slightly modified and optioned on more models such as the EI Verada and the SE.

Damn i never knew that! There I was thinking I had a triple horn setup going on :bowrofl:
Thanks for the info!
on my TR i have my horn on the left side, although, it is aftermarket, but i wouldnt see a point on rewiring it to the opposite side so im guessing its left stock not right..i could quite possibly be wrong though

Maybe it's a question of which sides people regard as left and right? Left when in the car, or left when facing it?
Perhaps "driver" and "passenger" might be better terminology, to avoid any confusion.

Thus why we drive right hand drive cars :D

Better still to call it "near side" and "off side"
Then it wouldn't matter what country you were in or what side of the road you drove on
"near side" being the side nearest the kerb (legally)

Gentlemen, I'm sure you'll find that DRIVERS SIDE and PASSENGER SIDE will suffice for the direction of which the horn is located :)
i meant passenger, i always refer to sides of cars by the direction u would be facing while driving, ie. passenger = left, driver = right... just seems logical AND its how people say it went refering to side of cars anyway.
But anyway i meant left (passenger/non driver/american driver/steering wheel less) side is where mine is. Did that help at all?
