Will a rear parcel shelf from a TH fit into a TF i'm thinking can't see why not, and no i don't need the brake light housing anymore.

is the rear window glass different?

was looking dreaming at TH rear window today, there's no hump in the black surround
to accomodate the brake light at the bottom... so the earlier cars had a different glass?

As TH sedans onwards have their rear centre high stop lamp mounted on the roof, the rear glass has a thicker black band across the top to hide the stop lamp unit unlike TE/TF models. Within that thicker band is a horizontal hole which allows the stop lamp leds to shine through.

I couldn't see why a TH parcel shelf wouldn't fit, but if you a thinking of mounting a TH/TW centre high stop lamp on the roof as well, then the unit will be visible unless you get TH onwards rear glass. I believe all 1990-onwards cars require a centre high stop lamp so you would have to put one somewhere I guess.

Yeah knew about the glass only changing the parcel shelf as i have a TJ VRX wing with LED on the rear now. Removing the old TF stop light all-together.

Thicker band is good... had wife put baby in back in TH and the thicker black band
kept a lot more sun off the back seat. With earlier cars could get chromedome sunburn.

Hence why was staring dreaming at rear window the other day.

I still prefer my wagons (albeit its a KJ!).
