hey, so I happened to notice there’s no brake fail light on my new te, I’ve pulled apart the speedo cluster and noticed there no provisioning for it either yet there’s a switch on the brake booster. I never got an owners manual so I can’t check that just wondering does it run under the check engine light??
Another thing is the pov spec exec supposed to have a light in the glove box because i cant find that either - how pov i have more features in my gen1 compared to this te

just a little something I noticed too was there a provisioning for a 4 wheel steer light, i never knew 3rd gens had this even over seas hmm

IIRC the park brake light is also the brake fail light. and 3rd gen execs dont come with a glove box light.

my TH Advance also don't have (or if it does they ain't working)
-glovebox light
-ashtray light
-footwell lights
-roof map lights
-C-pillar lights
-keyhole green ring light
-foglights

all little things that one realises only when jumping from KJ into TH

It's a shame not even the TJII VRX has the illuminated ignition barrel.. although on all the models, there is a cut-out for the globe holder on the key ring antenna.
One of these days, when I have the chance, I'll use one of my 20 globe holders i have, and hook it up, using the interior light circuit!

hmm interesting, i have all that on my gen1 cept the fog lights, seem they really cut back on the features on the 3rd gen how pathetic :doubt:
