i got my CD of ebay for a few bucks so worth a try.
there is also a link on here to download it. Its the same place as mentioned b4, the lisho web site.

What program is required to view the manual? It is a .iso file. Anyone Know?

get deamon tools best image loader i have ever used simple and no uneeded crap

.iso file basically means that it is an image file. So if you want to, burn it onto a cd using Nero or whatever program you have. Just select burn image.
Once burnt, you can then access the manual and either install it on your hdd or view it off the cd.
