Ok before everyone starts flaming :flame: and shouting SEARCH!!! i have searched and have ended up more confused than before the search.
My question is
Best oil for a 3.0l tf auto running smooth with around 200000 ks? I have used various oils and havent owned the car since new so i dont know what the car used for most of its life.
I didnt know if a general consensus had been reached.
Thanks
Damian

probably something like a 20-50 or 15-40, penzoil, penrite or even castrol gtx2-3 will do the job just fine. ive heard good things about penrite though

SEARCH!!!

lol Sorry.

Umm it all depends on how much you want to spend mate as to what brand/quality you put in.

Generally with the grades, pick a 10w30 or 10w40 for the winter months.. and move up to a 15w for summer/warm climate areas.
Should be all sweet.

& if you're really feeling adventurous.. whack in a bit of Nulon oil treatment.
