Just wondering if its possible to put a 03 Rada steering wheel (the one with the audio controls and leather!) on to a normal TL? And if the audio controls work on an aftermarket HU?

yes they can be put into any 3rd gen, I sold 3 of these recently here and one guy did a write up on how its done. they hooked them up to verada audio systems.
