Well, I got the High Flowed Throttle Body from EzBoy a while back. The other day, i wanted to increase the idle a little, as it is sitting at around 600rpm when in gear (auto). The whole car vibrates, especially with the air con on. So i wanted to increase it to 800rpm. Anyways, i go and try to turn the little screw with a screwdriver, and noticed, that the screw is breaking into bits. So basically i have a screw in there, with no cross-thread to turn it with. Im kinda stuck now. Any ideas on what i can do? Can those screws be replaced? Or does the whole TB have to be replaced?

You can buy stuff at Home Hardware (should have it at bunnings i guess) that you pour onto the head of the screw and it allows you to somehow get the screw out. I think it was like ~$25 last time I saw it, no idea how it works, but it says its designed to remove or loosen rooted screw heads.

Maybe i should have explained better. The screw appears to be stuck in there... I couldn't turn it witha screwdriver at all. and the screw head broke with so little force.

Using your method, will most likely just break the screw more...

so in other words your saying that the screw has seized?
just spray it with some RP7 or similar and see if you can get it out
if not, use a small flat head screwdriver and put force on the screw somewhere in the thread area, should help it unscrew itself (use this method after spraying with RP7)

You can buy 'screw extractors'. Look em up.

the screw is nylon, so if it's stuffed... forget about it..
use your workshop manual, and set the idle the correct way
