Weee! Ive just picked up the golf from my exhaust place, after having a custom made 2.5" Mild steel system and 2.5" high flow cat fitted with a twin 2.5" rolled lip, straight cut tip.
The noise is increadible, though it can be a little loud. And the car breaths so much easyer now, the speed piles on with no surges. (it used to 'hit v-tec' at around 5000rpm) now its just a constand urge from around 3000rpm! I've never owned a car with a true sports system, only ever with cannons or removed mufflers, so this is just the ducks nuts.
