OK 1st Mod anyone should do if there car is over 150,000kms
get NEW leads damnit!!!
i just tested my old leads... they weren't showing up to well on the tester...OMG and purchased some new Bosch leads.... the difference is astronomical... and just to make sure it wasn't in my head.. i tested the new leads too... well all i can say is major diff there 2
anyway just thought everyone who is having lag spots... might like to know this... got rid of mine at around 2700rpm

You pulled the leads off at 2700rpm? or kilometres... I changed mine to Top Gun spiral wound ones, major difference from the 14 year old stock leads it was running before.

lol no i had a flat spot at 2700rpm... which is now gone

Lucifer. If i have to correct everything you say, I'll be at this forever.

I think the OP was talking about the flat spot he has at 2700rpm.

Haven't done this yet. I may, depending on cost and how many glow sticks i can plug into my control panel (pics when its installed). Care to give us an estimated price on how much it cost you?

Yeah my top gun leads are breaking down after 30,000k's so thats really crap.

Many folk say the stock OEM hi-tension leads kick all the 'performance' leads avail. Anyone done any testing to back what they say?
