Battery on the way out, cause the car to idle worse? (no battery indicator on though)

Battery light only goes on if there's a charging problem (alternator voltage < battery).

A dying battery will accept the charge fine, but just doesn't store it.

dying battery will not cause bad idle :bowrofl:... (bad idle can be multiple things)
