The Magnaforce request some pics of my parcel shelf n here they are. it started out as mdf panels to fit, then covered in gap filler expanding foam, which i find very easy to use shape and sand, then alot of fibreglass and fibreglass filler n bog, and a hell of alot of sanding. followed by primer. it was orginally going to be just painted the same colour as the center consol but i thought it might be to reflextive when the sun hits it n could blind me in the rear visson mirror so it got covered. then its bolted in place from under the parcel shelf.

looks good but how are you going to run them all? how many outputs do u have on your deck? and you shouldnt spit the signal more than once per channel

What are you putting up front or aren't you worried about SQ?

the 2 6x9s are running off the head unit n the 3 x 4" are part of the surround sound system running off a 5ch amp, the centre one is just a left over speaker from the front which i have wired up with the front center, but i might take it out n put some thing else there

up front i have the front surround speakers running off a 5ch n my 6 1/2s off the HU n i get some really clear crisp sound out of them all, thats why i bought schneiders cause there really high quality.

instead of the middle speaker put a round bit of frosted perspex with the mitsu logo and light it up with a neon.

Nice doors but not too sure about schneider and quality being 2 words that go together.
If you get a chance go audition the new Focal s, Dynaudio s, Boston Z6 or Pro.
I would even rate DLS,Pioneer,Alpine,MB Quart all way ahead of Schneider !

schneider is a good brand, i've got schneider stuff in my car and my dads car and great, i know people say that is nasty and cheap and people should'nt buy it, but, if its cheap so what the money is better in our pockets then theres :D

I suppose if you happy driving a Hyundai which leaves "money in your pocket" then cool,I just dont think you can say you drive a sports car.

I prefer the audiophile grade stuff which does cost more but it actually does what its supposed to. I have made mistakes with stuff like Fusion,Pyramid,Schneider,Boss and Tornado which just do the minimum they can and doubt they ever exceed spec like the quality brands do.

I DJed for 10 years and have played along side Bert Bevans from Ministry of Sound as well as most the Guys touring Southern Africa and learnt a bit about sound before I even got into car audio where I have been competing for the last 9 years and have never seen any Schneider gear do anything impressive. I believe "if you pay peanuts you get monkeys"

Have a look around on www.caraudioaustralia.com
I found this post and no one even bothered to comment...

There are certainly worse brands but a lot of better brands out there.

But there are also a few better brands out there than kicker if you want 'audiophile' gear :P (jokes jokes)

Peace

I hold no predjudice nor loyalty when i buy speakers. I buy what ever fits in the hole, sounds best in that location, and fits the budjet.
So far i have Pioneer, clarion, alpine, JVC and kenwood all fighting for space.

The kickers are being replaced with Jl Audio 13W7's when the budget permits.
