Ok guys so im picking up my TW on tuesday what I was wanting to know is what speakers and size are in these cars I didnt look the other day. All I know is that it has a 6 Speaker Stereo.

Im gathering its a rada or a VR/VR-X?

My TL ES has 6" coaxils in the front and 6x9 coaxils in the back. Upper models have 6" splits in the front.

no its only a TW ES Sedan 4dr SA 4sp 3.5Gi

from what ive read from redbook it has this

also wondering where the 6 speakers are located? 2 in front? 2 in back and wheres the other 2? i cant find it :confused: , also i cant really pick out the difference between the 4 in my tf, and the 6 in the TJ

lol thats the funny thing im half deaf in 1 ear lol so ive got no idea myself

the ES models have 6" up front and 6x9's in the rear
VRX and veradas have 6" splits up the front and 6x9's

normally the 6x9's are two way speakers so they count it as 2 speakers but it really is only 1
and if you have tweeters they also count them as a speaker

Look for the tweeters behind the delta of the door mirrors. Midi speakers are the round things in the top of the dash. (If you have them that is) Front doors and the rear shelf are the other factory speaker locations.

If it says 6 speakers in 6 locations then the two mystery ones are on the front dash. If it
says 6 speakers in 4 locations then the rear 6x9 are two ways.

The radas have 10 speakers in 6 locations. 2x6x9 2-way on the rear shelf, 2x6" on the
front doors, 2x4" on the front dash and 2x1" on the door delta.
