Hey I have a little problem with my head unit, its a Clarion DXZ756MC and I have installed it myself, I've done all the wiring in my car, my dads, my brothers, my mates etc.. I'm not an idiot when it comes to the connections and all my connections are good and in no way dodgy.

However my new head unit is not turning off immediately when I turn the car off, I mean I can actually turn the car off, fiddle around for a while, get out the car, walk away and then it'll turn off. I remember reading about someone with a similar problem but I can't find the thread. If anyone has a clue what I can do to fix it let me know.

Also I have about 6 wires I want to run through the firewall, and I'm just wondering what the best way to do this in a 2nd gen is, any help would be appreciated,

My 2nd gen did this too, sometimes it would be 5 seconds, sometimes up to about 10-20 seconds. To stop it i think you need to hook the remote wire into a different spot than using the stock HU one.
