Now b4 anyone has a go at me, i know that there is several threads on here that go over this subject (mainly from DVS and Dee) but i was searching for ages and for the life of me couldnt find a 'How to" guide on the actual process of how to do this??
does anyone know if there is one on here or... if not, can someone chuck up a quick rundown on what needs to be done.
thanks guys!
Eddie.

Not hard mate, well, if its a second gen you might have a bit of strife if it's the first thing you've ever used filler on (like me lol) What gen magna you got? I might be able to lend a hand. TuffTR and Ashneel have made letterboxes too, Tuffy will probably post in here. But yeah, what gen magna dude?

Ah, third gen. PM Ashneel or DVS.
This is for a TH grill
Take the grill apart, watch out for the little tabs on each end
cut out the centre bit, just past the curve.
fibreglass it bog it sand it and paint it take your time doing this or it will look crap. make sure you give the bog time cure other wise when you paint it, the bog will shrink a little after it's painted and show the join lines hard to see but you won't see them at first when it's painted
The Back bit cut out the grill bit,
mark across the top and bottom and cut the centre out. do this last as you can use it to keep the front straight while you mod it, just cover with glad wrap or tin foil to stop the bog sticking it together with the front.
Get some mesh cut it out to fit the front bit of the grill as it has the tabs on it put the front and back together and replace the screws.
short and sweet but you get the idea.
I'm doing one as we speak, will show up on a members car hear in the near future.
and here finished

When you cut the centre out it's to big a gap just to bog up, so you need to fill the hole first either use fibreglass or use aluminum hole filler mesh.
