emailed the guys at RPW and asking them on a couple of things :P prob $2-3k worth, the ECU got the ball rolling so now im gonna continue

There is a lot of varying opinions as to whether these are good or not... Are you going to do a before and after dyno?

As i said im looking into about $2-3k worth of modifications before i get the ECU installed and tuned so im blind to know what power output..

Not a bad idea poita, now i reckon im gonna get a dyno before and after
