Hey everyone, first post of forums. I really like it here, great community :D.
Anyways we just bought a brand new Verada KS. Awesome car, I'm really loving it. One thing though, the central locking keys.. the buttons are really worn out and don't work well. So my Dad got another identical one from Mitsubishi, but we don't know how to program it to work with the car? Anyone got any advice?

I have the exact same prob as you haha worn out central locking remote. Specially the red button on mine. I need to press super firm on it to lock the doors.
You can purchase new ones from mitsu they shouldn't cost much.

I love the wheels on it, and it drives beautifully!
Any advice on some easy, but good looking, mods I can go for?

Hey did you put that digital clock in yourself? I got an analog one and it looks old manish :(

HAHAHAHAHA :bowrofl:
Old manish
Yeah i did. I put in the digital clock and climate control.
Got them off a a Mitsubishi Sigma in the UK. Got them shipped over.
Looks good though.
I think I preffer the analogue clock, it's much nicer. Digital clock looks really dated and not classy. Smile it's all good! :)

Haha yeah I guess. So how much did that screen cost to put in?

Got that from UK as well.
You can get them from jap wreckers for around $60 I think. One of the members recently got one. I forgot who. Sorry haha lol
But yeah it's good it displays the outside temperature too which works off the solar reader just in the middle of the dashboard under the windscreen (the solar sensors are located on the ceiling and under the windscreen for the automatic climate control).
Btw, i just noticed that your car is a more "greenish" KS Xi. Mine is the more Blue colour model.
They had a few versions of the green/blue colour. Some darker some lighter green, just like yours!

So you done any big engine mods to it? I don't really think I need any in it.. feels plenty powerful enough for me, even after driving around the 380 (dad's car). I'm more likely to do more to the interior actually, I'm that kinda guy heh. I was gonna get matching rear seat covers, but all the ones you can buy at stores cover the boot hatch and we use that a bit so :P. How much will a custom fitted one cost for the backseat do you know?
EDIT: Oh yeah I saw the colour difference, I really like that blue! :D

So you got and installed the electronic climate display dimi, was it a straight swap from the old (as you recall I was waiting on your results with that), and where did you get the surround for it?
