have you tried swapping the wires around?
checked the fuses on the amp?
might wanna check the RCA cables aswell
you have got 2 sets of RCA's running to the amp
one set for each input?

yep swap the wires alll around. put the channel 1 wires to the channel 3. and vice versa.swapping the rca for diff ones. swap the rca colours. red and white and switch to test all the rca holes. pretty much did everything.

theres normally a switch on the amp that sets the amp as a 2ch or 4ch
might be set on 2ch in this case as i cant see why only 2 channels are working

i was looking at the back ofthe rca port. wat is the other rca bout out for. i notice 1pair if rca input for head unit, 1 pair if rca output for headunit and 1 pai if rca input for additional amp. my question is what is the additional rca output for headunit for on the amp

this is on the amp, yeah?
there should be two inputs for the RCA's that come from the deck which are next to each other
and the other one is a pass through, normally used if you get another amp (seperate one by itself)
