I bought myself an Elante from a damaged vehicle auction last Thursday. Looks like the previous owner backed it into a pole but an easy fix for me as i already have most of the parts. Mechanically it's perfect. The cost? $120 :p Should have it back on the road in a few weeks.

tell us about it? got pics and stuff? what accesories? Manual?

Mines got all but power windows, and only 173,000 k's.

Its and Jan 89 TN Magna, with about 240 000k's. It's one of the light weight racing versions (only options are PS and Auto, might change it to a manual though). Looks like the previous owner backed it into a pole but it's on it way to being fixed. Will take some pics when i finish repairing it.

I'm taking after my grandfather. He used to own a Scorp, before trading it on a new Elante. He sold it about a year ago with 140 000k's. I've owned heaps of Scorps and now i own an Elante.
