what would a "typical" 17" wheel weight including rubber??
would 19.25kg for a 19" rim and tyre each be considered "light"?? or is that excessively heavy? sounds heavy :?
thoughts?

if this is in regards to reducing weight to improve performance i bet they dont weigh half as much as all the sound gear and rice crap youve got stuck in your car. and 19kgs sounds pretty light to me.

Don't forget though that the wheels+tyres are unsprung weight, plus lighter wheels give better steering control due to lower centrifugal weight. A stereo just sits there and adds to the overall car mass.

Volk and Buddy P1s are seriously light alloys you might wanna consider.
The 19 inch Buddy P1 weighs less than my 16s....
