i am now driving a tf magna and was wondering usually how long the timing belt is to last.
i have done 190,000 km now and i got told not to drive it over 180,000 cause it can break.
if it is on its way out do u hear noises, or loose power cause thats what ive been told. just a question.

u get it done every 100 000 k's
it should havwe got done at 100 000km;s and ur bout due for ur next one ...
its a good idea to get it done or u will have no car to drive when it goes bang

I don't think there are any warning signs. First you'll know about it is when your valves are smashed by your pistons. I saw a $10-15K engine straight 6 in pieces the other day after a timing failure. You can see the impressions left on the pistons from the valves!! One expensive rebuild!
Yep not generally any warning signs - it just lets go and you get the below result
