Too Low??

Measured from the centre of the wheel nut to the wheel arch :340mm front 315mm rear.

From stock i think that is a 4.6cm drop at front and 2.5cm drop from back (not 100% sure)

Lovells lows all round with KYB shocks, handles beautifully, it's best set up for performance, sits flat on corners and not nearly as hard as I thought they might be
Are super lows legal???

Not just naughty - it roots the spring so your car doesn't handle properly and its DANGEROUS. Bottoming out mid-corner means you'd go into a front-wheel slide.

I thought i'd be too low with superlow's but im atleast 150mm, will check properly once i find my tape measure though.

They're cheaper than parras! Keep checking the forsale section because they go cheap in there sometimes. I paid around $200 for the springs from Shawn from Philcom rally (That's pretty cheap!) To be honest.. A better spring-rate would suit me, i feel they are too soft. I'm not sure wether i could've stipulated a higher spring-rate or not but i can see myself getting a stiffer front set sometime not too far away. Oh and the low's are just not LOW ENOUGH! for the rear!

Mine hits the bump stops constantly, ****s me big time.

Did the measurements from the spigot to the arch. (From what i remember)

Front: 340
Rear: 380

So at the moment its sitting a little 'hotrod' style with the **** up and the front dooown. I want to fix that ASAP, maybe if my car was a drag car it would be good but asthetically it sucks ass.

Im on Kings superlows all round with stock shocks but i wanna go lower.
Initially i thought just superlows at the front and lows at the back now im thinking superlows all round. Only problem is my cat sits sooooo low and i also have mudflaps which will probably scrape everywhere i go.

I only get one scrape when i go over bumps i think its from the cat or exhaust manifold.

You can't buy superlow's for the rears which is why i could only go low's. I hope to get them reset soon enough so the car is freakin level. really ****s me how it sits.

Yours is much lower than mine in the rear, did you have people in the boot? :P

Mine sits at what I'd think to be stock height, but yours looks decent still.

What do you have in? Kings or Lovells or Dobinsons etc..?
