Opinions needed. Bringing the car in to fix minor paint scratches etc and possibly get the wing removed in a couple of days. Still not sure whether to get rid of the wing or leave the subtle wing on. Not sure what it will look like from all angles without the wing. Will it be too bare without the wing? Attached are pics from 3 different views. photochop by anyone may help. :confused:

I voted de-wing, but only because i don't like that spoiler personally :). If you didn't want to worry about having holes in your boot getting filled, a TJ Vr-x spoiler might look the goods :).
Spoilerless will make your car look lower in the back and the back will look phat esp. with your car lowered.

Since its such a subtle wing , I would keep it.

either have a big wing or no wing at all IMO

that spoiler looks like a left over piece of plastic tacked on at the last minute... lose it!

I've seen worse wings than these, and I'm leaving mine on; but on a black car, when you look at that profile photo it would be so smooth without it: de-wing.

By the time you stuff around and get the boot welded and resprayed for where the wing was left on you'll be up for $300.

Or you could do a povo job and just put in rubber dowells - which would look crap.

If you lose it too it's going to just look an ES from a distance.

I like those wings on the TL/W they look very tidy.

Negating the cost I'd lose it, the shape of the TL boot is so smooth, I just reckon it doesn't deserve a wing on it.

The tyres look about 235s, 245s max since you cant fit any wider.

Yea lose the wing, It'll look lower and give a much smoother and classier look to it. Plus that thing aint doing anything for ya...

if you can deal with black rubber gromets. or spending money to fill holes. and it will be more than $300. but you can sell your spoiler.

mind you your car looks good either way.

I took mine off.. but do like them on your model.. and its a nice low one too..:P Keep it on..:)

Thanks for the opinions so far. Will decide in the last minute tomorrow when i bring the car in. It will definitely cost over $300...still haven't decided..will think hard.. if in doubt may just keep it on for now..coz once its off its off and I'll have more money in the pocket..hang on did i just convince myself to leave it on. lol Nah will make the decision tomorrow, besides getting black plates tomorrow too. :)

They're 245s, the rears rub a little when weight transfers on some cornering even after the guards were rolled. Shoulda got 235s.

Ditch that wing and get a TJ VRX one... or a Ralliart one.

I am keeping the wing on for the moment. Well, my panel beater can't get it ready by the weekend coz of the sweltering adelaide weather, spray painting work is difficult. Will have to re-schedule for another time. It takes at least 3 to 4 days to do the job properly. If someone can do a photochop for me to see how it looks like without the wing, it would be good.
