Ok well as some of you know, I was after a new MAF after a gas backfire.
I sourced one from Clarion Magna (cheers) which seems to be working fine, however I get a check engine light come up. Car runs fine.

I did notice that my original MAF has a different set of numbers on the shell.

Mine is 338 in large, 2611 K next to that, then E5T06071 underneath.
Clarions is 789 in large, 7Z20 F next to that, then E5T06075 underneath.

Does anyone know what the go is? should it be ok for me to run Clarions one for the time being?
My MAF still actually works, its just the honeycomb air straightener is stuffed which is causing the problems. I've tried to take the honeycomb out of Clarions, however only the center pieces will come out.

Any help is appreciated.
