Just want to confirm that the VRX springs are lower than the execs?
anyone know what the drop is?

The body kit and flares make it look lower.:)

no no no - I have actually fitted VRX springs to a standard TJ (no flares) and its closer to an inch all around - something like 25mm rear and 28 mm front. If you're talking TE, it'd be 35mm - they seem to be a tad higher as standard than the TJ's.
