Hey all,

Can anyone confirm that 17x7 rims with a 35 positive offset will fit a
TJ.

they are 5x114.3, really just worried by the offset.

cheers

I think Magna's are 38 or 40.

I think Magna's are 38 or 40.

Standard 16"/17" factory magna mags are P46 offset

It may be ok. Comparing against standard mitsu 17x7 with 46p offset and 225/50R17 tyres,
225/50R17 on 17x7 with 35p offset will have the entire wheel/tyre stick out 11mm more.

Against a mitsu 16x6 46p and 215/60R16 tyres, 17x7 35p with 225/50R17 tyres the entire
wheel/tyre will stick out 16mm more.

Against a mitsu 15x6 46p and 205/65R15 tyres, 17x7 35p with 225/50R17 tyres the entire
wheel/tyre will stick out 21mm more.

Also, where are the wheels coming from? I stress again, check the spigot diameter. The
diameter of the hole in the centre of the wheel. It needs to make a snug fit over the axel
stub as it carries the weight and not the 5 studs.

snip

When I say my rims are the same spec, I also mean the offset is +35. 17x7 +35 offset.
