i am lookin to switch over my boot firstly,

i own a 2000 TH and want the TJ boot lid so i cant fit hte lights,
how easy or hard is it to switch it over? do i need new boot clips or anything, bcoz i have aldo realised the key hole is in a different spot, does this affect/effect the opening mechanism.

also how much would i be looking at for the boot lid.

later on i might change the hood over, but atm ill keep it the same.

any shed light would be appreciated :)

It cost me $330 delivered from SA for a KJ Verada boot last week. and $160 for a set of KJ tail lights, so TJ stuff should be cheaper.

Boot and Lights are straight bolt on, however the locking mechanisms are different so I hear. Ive heard mixed opinions on the wiring for the lights, some say the wiring is identical, other say otherwise.

Also be aware that you will need to install boot & lights at the same time, otherwise wont line up properly and look terrible.

This is about at much I can tell you at the moment. Hope it helps.

Doesnt matter where you get it really, these blokes have an ABN so if theres any dramas you do have warranty. Freight wont be much anyways. Vic Based Yes.

If you have a TH i dont think you'll find a TJ boot the same colour.

When i did mine a got a dark blue boot and got it resprayed to match the Astral blue.

It was a very simple swap

how much did the respray cost ya?

that was inside and out as it was a colour change and i didnt want it to look dodgy
