A popular choice on the magnas are the lukey or magnaflow mufflers. Some people have changed piping to 2.5" all the way through (instead of the 2.25" standard) to increase flow & performance.
I replaced my muffler with a lukey stainless steel muffler which made it a little louder and more of a rumble than the tinny standard exhaust. Being a hi-flow muffler, I would expect some power gains too, although I havent had it dynoed since.
I paid $220 from memory which included a chrome tip.
If you do a search you will find some sound clips, and part numbers & pricing for the lukey & magnaflow..

you havent done a search yet have you :doubt:
get yourself a set of pacemaker extactors and a redback cat-back exhaust
should give you a really nice note when cruising and a nice roar when the throttle is open
or if you just want some noise but dont wanna spend heaps then just change the muffler

cheapest option for sound is to toss the rear muffler for a vrx type, or even cheaper a straight through or baffled cheapie (redback etc...)
then it'll be loud and growl
i had a stock awd exh system then put on a redback straight through, no other mods and it sounded damn tuff lol... and not like the regualr magna loud exhaust sound.... possibly due to the awd's different intake (only 1 res std) and the different more restrictive initial bend in the headers but better flowing straighter tail pipe...
of just go a complete redback, cat back system approx $450-500 fitted
