Is it a common problem for TPs or other models for that red plastic panel that sits between the brake lights to bend and warp so it's only hanging off on the egdes? I saw another magna that had theirs ripped off im assuming the heat makes it warp over 15 years.
I've just put a more powerful sub in there and i'm embarassed to turn it on at all because of the stupid loud rattling it makes.
I'm not sure how i'd bend it straight so i can seal it with caulk or something or if i should just rip the ****in thing off. It wont look as nice but it's stop the rattling.
Would you pick these things up at a wrecker?

yes, i just pulled mine apart with heat and re glued, i actually tinted the red as i did the tail lights at the same time ;)

ok then i'll look for a heat gun this afternoon. What type of glue would you recommend using? at the moment all i have is a sealer.

After you've got it fixed you should paint it the same colour as your car.

EDIT: That sikaflex just likes to stick to anything doesnt it?
