hey guys, im replacing my steering rack. has anyone removed one before? if so, when all the bolts have been undone, how does it come out. im trying to slide it out through the right hand wheel arch, but the steering rack assembly is too big for the hole where it would come out, and it wont come out of the other side, because the engine mount is in the way.


So has anyone taken out a steering rack from a TE, and if so, how did you get it out?

mines about to be replaced but it will be done when the engine gets put in so it will be easy access. sorry
