Well i finally got off my ar$e and decided to get some springs to get me defect off(2 and a bit months later:()
Was wanting to know if i had a spring compressor and a long weekend would it be too difficult to change my springs over.
Ill have 2 people helping me if need be and yeah a lot of time.
just wanting to know if there is anything i can f*** up or what i should do.

its pretty straight forward man. just make sure you have the right tools and a good set of spring compressors. for the fronts you only have 3 bolts ontop and 2 at the bottom. make sure you losen the top plate nut first before removing ths truts cuase it will be a pain in the **** to undo them when they are of the car.
same goes for the rear 3 bolts under the parcel shelf and 1 at the bottom.
should take couple of ours to do if you have mates helping ya

I have removed and installed struts on my car about 4 or 5 times now... we have gotten it to about 15 mins a corner to remove and install now... lol

Isn't it amazing how when you've done something a million times, how quickly and easily you end up being able to do it. I know with my old TR, after a while I could pull the interior apart with my eyes closed... :cool:

reletivly easy can be done in under an hour with the right tolls when being done on a hoist
will take longer if being done on jack stands
