Recently purchased a '90 TP SE Wagon on Ebay, surprisingly little needed doing to get a RWC booked in at Vicroads 16/3, earliest i could get lol.
2 little probs not on roadworthy.
1/ Elec mirrors don't work
2/ Digital clock dead.
Are these common problems or odd balls ?
Any fix it ideas most welcome.
My current wheels an '86 TM Elite is currently on ebay,
Cheers Damien.

I'd be looking at fuses in both engine bay box and in cabin

WD40 can be your best friend when it comes to Elect mirrors!

Few things it could be,
as to ure clock, if ure radio doesnt work, then your clock, radio fuse is blown, 10A blade fuse will fix that
As to your elec mirrors, remove the button from the centre console and see if the toggle is connected, upon recieving my elite i found the connection to be caught and removed under the drivers seat.
see how you go with that.

Thanks for the replies , some helpful ideas.
The radio infact dosent work the connector has been cut off the wires, all fuses are ok. i'll get my son to look at it when he has time.
The fella i bought the car from gave me the owners book he got with the car new in SA plus a Gregory's manual.
a one owner 347k on clock & rpm engine & Trans 100k ago.
Hopefully a good buy at $305 and all up just under $1k on road.
Previous owner son i presume was named Simon as he carved his name in the dash. Any ideas on Dash repair ???
