Ok

I started my car up for the first time in a while(been defected and all) it has been sitting in the same spot for about 2 months.

Upon starting the car the mrs said a bit of smoke come out the exhaust, and to me the idle was fairly rough, reversed the car back so i could park it up on the lawn, seemed to be rough, seemed to smell abit.

I recently fitted a K&N Panel filter while the car was sitting around doing nothing.

Gets me thinking is it the filter that isnt installed properly, or just becuase i havent started it for a while.

What can i do to solve it

Any opinions welcome.

How long did ya run it for? Did the smoke stop?

The rough idle might be due to stale fuel.

My car does this every morning, for me it is normal :doubt: I have a pod, and come monday, it will be reverted to stock intake.

not for very long, i didnt really give it time to warm up but that shouldnt have been it. could be the fuel, there is about half a tank sitting in there.

ill find out once i can get her back on the road. but yeah....
