hi guys just wondering if anyone can help me. how can i take out the piece where the drivers side seatbelt comes out of..(that column thing on the right hand side between the driver and rear door) theres something constantly rattling in there and it's driving me nuts. it's fairly loudish too.

Unbolt the seat belt at the bottom, remove the weatherstrip from both door openings and then pop the lower cover out. Its clipped in.

cheers it was that stupid thing that slides up and down. not sure how i'm going to silence it yet though

Depending on the type of rattle ie. whether it makes a noise only when you say hit a bump in the road or if is like a contant buzzing, you could try a silicon lubricant like Selleys Ezy Glide. I had a buzzing rattle coming from the washers in my drivers side seat belt where it bolts into that sliding adjuster you mentioned ages ago and it's now gone using that stuff. I've used it on the plastics in the centre HVAC and it removed the plastic on plastic squeaking.
