put a Lukey rear muffler on my brothers TJ exec, didn't need a full exhaust as the magna exhaust flows very well from factory. gave the car a nice throaty note, not too droney.
should only cost $200-$250 installed with chrome tip. mates got a Marlin muffler on his sounds good as well.

I had a Lukey straight-through rear muffler installed on my TJ wagon (no chrome tip) for $175.
Cheers,
Martin.

$350 sounds like a cat back system, which is more than just the muffler. If you are looking for a nice note, ring around a few places and see what their prices are on Lukey mufflers. Lukey are pretty well known, and as such are recommended. I wouldn't pay more than $200 with chrome tip imo.
I got quoted 160 installed for a generic straight through muffler than looked identical to a lukey with a tip... shop around and you'll find the same :)

ring your local exhaust shops they should be able to fit one for you cheaper than that. got my brothers done at Carline.
